Villa del Vista is a large, 5 bedroom deluxe villa situated in the Los Mojones area of Puerto del Carmen. With fantastic sea and mountain views, and with all amenities close at hand, this villa is ideal for families or friends who are looking for that perfect retreat.
Villa Del Vista´s private, south facing terrace is spacious, with 10 sun loungers surrounding the heated pool, as well as a large hot tub Jacuzzi for the ultimate in relaxation. Enjoy breakfast on the balcony, or perhaps alfresco dining on the terrace with food cooked on the purpose built barbeque...
There is an additional outdoor dining area towards the back of the villa, as well as mature gardens in which to sunbathe, or, if you’re feeling competitive, why not enjoy a game of pool on the American- style pool table?
Inside, the villa is bright and spacious, and is decorated to a high standard. The lounge and dining room are open plan, all 5 bedrooms are large, with fitted or walk in wardrobes, sleeping up to 11 in total (plus we have cots available).
The lounge is equipped with a 42" plasma screen TV with SKY, & also has a DVD/VCR, along with a Play Station 2, to keep everybody entertained. There is also a large box of toys, for our younger guests to enjoy.
Villa del Vista is in a prime position in the old town of Puerto Del Carmen, with only a short walk to the nearest restaurants, shops & supermarkets and a newly built modern shopping centre.
