  • During your sessions with Salv you will learn the importance of core and functional strength in Triathlon training, and of course…. How to apply it effectively!
  • Each session with involve full assessment, advice and core strength training

Hydrotherapy Centre

  • The Hydrotherapy Centre has a big thermal pool, part of which is covered and another area open to the sky into what is known as a 'Jameo', an open volcanic structure.
  • Several circuits are designed so that you can enjoy and benefit from the healing properties of sea water at differing temperatures.
  • There are also a beauty and hairdressing salon, a health club, 28 rooms for massage and treatments with sea water, seaweeds and sea mud.

 

 


Beauty Treatments

  • Our very own 'Beautilious' offers a range of pampering and relaxing treatments in the tranquil surroundings of Puerto Calero….. from luxury massages to essential 'pick me ups' for the face, hands and feet.
  • Claire, our beauty therapist has an NVQ level 3 and International Diploma at the International Dermal Institute and uses products of the highest quality which contain only natural ingredients and aromatherapy oils.

Babysitting Service

  • We offer a babysitting service throughout the day, so if you're worried about what to do with the kids whilst you are swimming, biking or running – DON'T! We will look after them.
  • If you'd like an evening service, we can arrange to baby sit at your villa or apartment until you come home.
